Fiona & Kevin
There is always something nice about doing a local wedding and this day was no different. An amazing day from start to finish
Fiona got in touch with me after being a guest at her cousins wedding which I had the pleasure of shooting in Dublin a year previous. It is always nice to see familiar faces and families now and again. Bridal preparations were very relaxed with plenty of laughs thrown in and this set the tone for the rest of the day. The church where the ceremony took place was only a short distance up the road from Fiona’s house and there was a nice surprise of an ice cream cart ready and waiting outside for the guests to enjoy once they left the church. Unfortunately for me I never made it to the top of the que !!
On the way into the busy little town of Loughrea, we passed some of the locals who had but a great deal of effort by lighting fires along the route to wish the happy couple the very best for their future together. We then stopped at the stunning Loughrea lake for a few photo’s before making our way to the beautiful Loughrea Hotel & Spa where the newly married couple were welcomed by their friends and families.
Congratulations guy’s. P
Because every picture tells a story…
What they said..
Padraic is an absolute gentleman and it was a privilege to have him as part of myself and the new Mrs big day.
He made the two of us feel completely at ease on the day and went about his business very quietly. He wasn’t overbearing with poses or instructions and was very relaxed and accommodating.
He also had a great sense of humour and knew how to ease the tension with a little joke if need be.
We couldn’t be happier with the photos they came absolutely amazing. Not only the staged photos but also the lovely natural pics of both us and the guests at the wedding are beautiful.
He was brilliant from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Absolutely top class and both Fiona and myself are incredibly grateful for everything.
Thanks for everything
